Delivery Terms

  1. The delivery of purchased products will be made through the “My Downloads” tab on the My Account page.

In such cases, the customer can request a version update for the purchased product by creating a Support request. Our support team will send you the latest version of the product as soon as possible.
  3. Customers can use the purchased products on unlimited sites. However, sharing the product files is strictly prohibited.

Order Cancellation and Refund Terms

  1. We never ask for website login information from our customers. Therefore, we cannot cancel or refund orders for the digital products we offer under any circumstances.
